Established in 1912, Tract 349 Mutual Water Co. supplies drinking water to about 7,500 people in the City of Cudahy, in southeastern Los Angeles County. Tract 349 maintains 919 connections to homes and businesses in the city.

Our water supply is primarily local groundwater supplemented by imported water that we receive from Central Basin Municipal Water District, a wholesaler that purchases water from Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. Tract 349 is part of a regional collaboration of water purveyors that addresses water issues.
